KYElearning sorely lacking @ an outrageous price I've been trying for days to complete the AOW course online and have had only frustration!! Difficulty signing in, resigning in, unwieldy web pages, loss of my quizzes, no access to the final assessment after a brief questions about my OW recollection and a "passed 100%", errors in my eRecord and ABSOLUTELY NO ONLINE HELP AVAILABLE! All this for $178 which does not include the dives @ $399.99! Registration Code:AZRXYELHLSAS

GBUnable to login to obtain replacement card I've had the same issue before when I was trying to login to obtain online free dive manual. So I was trying to update my sons junior open water card to an adult. Login and find his record confirm it's him. It then takes me to another login screen. I enter the usual login details and it says invalid username and password. I even try the forgot password option and change it to another and then try and login again and it still does it! Terrible service

CAWorst website/app in existence Worst website/app in existence. Imported duplicates from my ScubaEarth account as well as 'forgot' some. Also shows duplicate certifications. Ended up having to delete everything then re-log all my dives (over 40+ dives) and even know the website shows the correct # of dives - the hours logged is wrong and it is missing all my dives from 2017 (although the # of dives shown is correct). The PADI app on Android seems okay. The slider bars, forcing you to select a site PLUS asking you to rate a dive site is inefficient and wastes time. No way to 'save' your dive buddy and no way to export dive logs (see Diviac for ideas)

MYHere an alternative for $55 e-Card scam It's almost unbelievable that you have to pay $55 as a certified diver just to have your certification card displayed in the app. In the past, you could still search for your certification in the online database and show it to the dive center whenever needed. Nowadays, only the dive centers themselves have access to that. PADI truly lives up to its acronym "Put Another Dollar In." Paying $55 just to have an e-Card displayed in the app is utterly outrageous. I definitely won't go along with that. Here's how you can bypass this nonsense: 1. Uninstall your PADI app. 2. Ask your dive center to look you up in the database and provide you with a screenshot of your certification. 3. Save this screenshot and use it for all your future dives.
