They take the time to help you resolve your issues, and are readily available to answer any questions you may have. The products are always of high quality, as is their commitment to service. I cannot recommend this company enough to anyone looking to purchase lacrosse equipment.

Avoid Sportstop.com Avoid Sportstop.com. Purchased a head from them end of October. Early January it split. They sent a replacement that then split first use out of the box in the first 30 minutes of use. Refused to replace again or issue a refund, which was the preferred action.

What a great site What a great site! Support was very helpful. My son had Trice custom string his head and he said it's the best ever!! He had a great conversation with Trice on the phone and he was really impressed with how in depth the questions were that he was asked. I'd absolutely recommend your site and the custom stringing experience!

Glad to take your money.. Glad to take your money... but will not help you with any issues. Ordered items. There was fine print stating that one of the items will be delayed. Confirmation did not state. Only when shipping the items did was it identified that it would be late. Company stated that they were unwilling to help or even try to make this work for us. In essence, they are willing to be a middleman but only when it is convenient to them.
