Absolute fun Absolute fun. Certainly adequate for getting around most urban areas. Fairly limited in going up inclines. WOT affects range 5-10 miles tops. Switchable battery is the icing on the cake.

A few weeks ago, my M10 scooter underwent several malfunctions from refusing to turn off to not charging properly. When I contacted the customer support team, I was met with a swift response and consistent follow-up. Even when I had called the customer service line and wasn’t able to get ahold of somebody, I received follow-up calls and emails to ensure my issue was solved. The technical team also did an above & beyond job by diagnosing my issue once I had sent photos & videos of what was going on. I appreciated receiving exceptional help even though some parts of my scooter were out of warranty. Overall from the customer service line to the technical team, it was a 10/10 experience. It is likely the best budget electric scooter It is likely the best budget electric scooter you can get on the market. While not as fancy as the other scooters, it perfectly does what you would expect it to do: shorten commuting times so I have more ample time for everything else. My usual activity range also widened because of this purchase.

My kids run wild with this scooter and… My kids run wild with this scooter and consequently we’ve replaced tubes, tires, wheels, throttle kit, charges —you name it— and every time I need a replacement part the staff has been quick to return emails and provided do-it-yourself videos to to help me switch out the part. Our X7 Pro gets a lot of wear and tear and the team at Turboant is always there to keep it running.
