The scooter it’s self is amazing, the build quality is brilliant and it climbs hills with ease. The power delivery is quick and you reach top speed quickly and smoothly.I would definitely recommend this scooter it is so much better than other scooters by far.

Disappointed in the warranty I purchased the X7 Max for my son for Christmas. He took it to college with him and within a month the front tire went flat and would not hold air. I emailed customer service and they did respond quickly but let me know that the tire is not covered under warranty and I would have to purchase a new one for $16 (shipping $15). Just as a point of customer service, it seems that they would replace the inner tube and eat the $5 that it probably costs them. But they didn't and I have a really bad taste in my mouth for this company. I have another son going to college this year and guess which company I will not be purchasing another scooter from?? This one!

Absolute fun Absolute fun. Certainly adequate for getting around most urban areas. Fairly limited in going up inclines. WOT affects range 5-10 miles tops. Switchable battery is the icing on the cake.
