While not as fancy as the other scooters, it perfectly does what you would expect it to do: shorten commuting times so I have more ample time for everything else. When I contacted the customer support team, I was met with a swift response and consistent follow-up. Even when I had called the customer service line and wasn’t able to get ahold of somebody, I received follow-up calls and emails to ensure my issue was solved. The technical team also did an above & beyond job by diagnosing my issue once I had sent photos & videos of what was going on.
