A few weeks ago, my M10 scooter underwent several malfunctions from refusing to turn off to not charging properly. When I contacted the customer support team, I was met with a swift response and consistent follow-up. Even when I had called the customer service line and wasn’t able to get ahold of somebody, I received follow-up calls and emails to ensure my issue was solved. The technical team also did an above & beyond job by diagnosing my issue once I had sent photos & videos of what was going on. I appreciated receiving exceptional help even though some parts of my scooter were out of warranty. Overall from the customer service line to the technical team, it was a 10/10 experience. I use the scooter as my commute scooter… I use the scooter as my commute scooter 1.6 miles to work everyday and everything has been very smooth, except ran into electrical issue but they sent me new display and brake handle, which was very nice of them and good instructions and I fixed everything!
