Majorly Disappointed I placed an order May 7, 2022 and recieved my tracking number. When I place it in the website, it can't track it or update shipment status. I email chumbo's customer service May 14, 2022, no response. I still haven't received my order and their customer service is not responding. This is the most horrible service i have ever had and will be forwarding this to top influencers to spread the word about them.

Support is MIA if you are trying to return an item Ordered a bra in size 34G from the website. I did receive the product about two weeks later which is a relief. However, the product was NOT a G cup. Maybe a B or C cup at the most. The packaging only said 75/34 and didn't specify a cup size at all. I want to return the item for a full refund. When I reach out to support to initiate a return, I get no response. I have now reached out three times leaving 1-2 business days in between. The webiste boasts "hassle-free" returns which is not what my experience has been thus far. I would happily upgrade my rating if I experienced better customer service.

I haven’t received a shipping notification, no one has responded to my email, and the purchase showed up as “new clothes” on my credit card, which is suspicious. I also read all the reviews on this site and they just copy and paste their “response” even if it doesn’t apply to what you said.

Gochumbo.com Is A Scam! Do Not Order!! I ordered from this company. I checked the status for three weeks which always stated we received your order. Your order will be shipped ASAP. I never received updates, nor a tracking number regarding my order. I contacted the company via their website. No response. Because I paid through PayPal, I initiated a complaint and was refunded within a couple of days. Do not order from Gochumbo. It's a scam.

It took over 5 weeks to receive a bra… It took over 5 weeks to receive a bra and tummy wrap. The bra doesn't fit, too small and uncomfortable. The body wrap is missing the loop on the end, it's just velcro and no instructions. It's impossible to even wear. I see how many were scammed on here and I'm another that at least received the order but it's knock offs, I can't even use them. Truly disheartening to pay $50 dollars just to be scammed, I also saw their ad on tic tok, the wrap I received is not the one advertised.
