Support is MIA if you are trying to return an item Ordered a bra in size 34G from the website. I did receive the product about two weeks later which is a relief. However, the product was NOT a G cup. Maybe a B or C cup at the most. The packaging only said 75/34 and didn't specify a cup size at all. I want to return the item for a full refund. When I reach out to support to initiate a return, I get no response. I have now reached out three times leaving 1-2 business days in between. The webiste boasts "hassle-free" returns which is not what my experience has been thus far. I would happily upgrade my rating if I experienced better customer service.

Literally awful Literally awful. Took 6 weeks to ship my item, did not respond to my emails asking for an update, and only shipped after I opened up a PayPal case against them. Received the completely wrong item, and GoChumbo is trying to offer me a $10 partial refund for a $50 item that I never received. Absolutely scammy trash.

Weeks later, still hasn't shipped Placed an order for my wife, against my better judgement, after she found this nobody brand on Instagram. Sure enough, got an order confirmation message and then nothing... for weeks now. Maybe my wife will finally learn a lesson about giving money to fly-by-night Instagram rubbish. As to their reply - I already emailed them a week before their reply here, and was assured it would ship soon... It's been another week, and the only thing I've heard from them is this generic reply. Finally shipped a week later. Maybe... Still hasn't even arrived in the country another two weeks after that.

These people don’t deserve even one… These people don’t deserve even one star ⭐️ they are the worst company I have ordered something from them 2 month ago until now my order is not even shipped I have emailed them but no reply they are really fraud and fake advertisement. GOCHUMBO IS A SCAM !! I ordered a body suit and a bra from this company. It’s been a month and still no product. I reached out to them multiple times, via email, Instagram & tiktok, and still no responses. I contacted my bank & the fraud department is opening an investigation. One way or another, I’m getting my money back. They definitely scammed the wrong girl. I highly suggest you don’t ever order anything from this thieving company!
