Literally awful Literally awful. Took 6 weeks to ship my item, did not respond to my emails asking for an update, and only shipped after I opened up a PayPal case against them. Received the completely wrong item, and GoChumbo is trying to offer me a $10 partial refund for a $50 item that I never received. Absolutely scammy trash.

SCAM. Don't trust the positive reviews Awful company that scams people out of their hard earned money. Ordered 3 items from their website since the beginning of MAY. Never received anything and no one responds to emails for updates or a refund. I've sent numerous emails with no response. I am convinced the positive reviews are fake and are fabricated by the company. Don't make the same mistake I did!!! This is a scam!

Too tight and wrong size Took super long to arrive, never received confirmation till a month later when I had to reach out. The sizing seems really off. I got XL when I ordered medium (my usual size) but they were still too tight somehow and aren’t flattering. Sadly won’t be able to wear these leggings.

They haven’t even replied to my 3 previous emails which I feel is very BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Someone needs to respond to me ASAP, either send my order or refund me back my $3809. But trust me, I will never order from you all again and I will let every social media site know how y’all treat your customers 😡
