A very responsive company A very responsive company. When I complained about another online offer which was $100 less, Israel(sp?) indicated that the online offer was for a used/rebuilt machine but that he would send an equipment mat for free. The offer was much appreciated.

Very satisfied! Very professional interaction with broker. He was knowledgeable and very helpful. We had concerns about ordering from CA when we are in Texas. Israel made sure to frequently update us & answer any questions. Shipping & assembly went without a hitch. We ordered on Oct 7 and received it on Oct 20 - we were able to start using the equipment this morning! Well done, Israel & FEB!

FEB followed through on every promise… FEB followed through on every promise made at the time of the sale. Equipment delivery went smoothly despite the awkward and extremely heavy package. Assembly, although time consuming was simple and straightforward. The machine is awesome! The motion arms must be carefully placed in order to swivel the chair for exiting or the armrests will contact them. This is for the SPirit CRS800S

Spirit 800 Review Israel understood our reasons for the type of exercise equipment we were reviewing. FEB kept us updated with the status of delivery. Delivery was on time and arrived in good shape. Our only disappointment is some of the fasteners were replaced with different style than stated in the manual.
