I am very pleased with my entire… I am very pleased with my entire experience with FEB. Israel is really and truly committed to his 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. I called in early January hoping to buy a specific piece of equipment but there were none to be had. Israel took the time to personally make a recommendation more suited to my needs. Delivery and setup were flawless. Unfortunately part of my physical disability made it impossible for me to use my new machine. Just one call with Israel and we believe that my problem will be solved. Apparently I am not the first person to have trouble with my leg. With Israel’s help I will be getting an accessory that we hope will solve my problem. Once I receive my leg stabilization kit I plan to get moving and to get in better shape. Spirit 800 recumbent stepper Spoke with Israel about purchasing a NuStep unit. After talking at length about my needs, issues etc. I ultimately purchased a Spirit machine for a better price that has more options. I had reviewed them both but the professional opinion helped with the decision. His knowledge of his equipment was fantastic. No pushing to go with either unit just information. Delivery was great, driver came when i was told and brought into garage for me. Havent gotten it together yet as life has been a bit hectic but Im sure I will love it. Big thank you Israel!

A company you can really trust and rely on Our experience was so great Israel is the best! I called him on a Sunday and by Wednesday we had the spirit purchased and it was delivered when it was supposed to be delivered right on time and the installer was absolutely fantastic.
