I am very pleased with my entire… I am very pleased with my entire experience with FEB. Israel is really and truly committed to his 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. I called in early January hoping to buy a specific piece of equipment but there were none to be had. Israel took the time to personally make a recommendation more suited to my needs. Delivery and setup were flawless. Unfortunately part of my physical disability made it impossible for me to use my new machine. Just one call with Israel and we believe that my problem will be solved. Apparently I am not the first person to have trouble with my leg. With Israel’s help I will be getting an accessory that we hope will solve my problem. Once I receive my leg stabilization kit I plan to get moving and to get in better shape. FEB followed through on every promise… FEB followed through on every promise made at the time of the sale. Equipment delivery went smoothly despite the awkward and extremely heavy package. Assembly, although time consuming was simple and straightforward. The machine is awesome! The motion arms must be carefully placed in order to swivel the chair for exiting or the armrests will contact them. This is for the SPirit CRS800S

Pass interference on the play I was so enthused w Israel Colon’ knowledge consistently and honesty. We kinda stumbled upon each other, but he tried everything he could throw at it too make it happen. Very satisfied! Very professional interaction with broker. He was knowledgeable and very helpful. We had concerns about ordering from CA when we are in Texas. Israel made sure to frequently update us & answer any questions. Shipping & assembly went without a hitch. We ordered on Oct 7 and received it on Oct 20 - we were able to start using the equipment this morning! Well done, Israel & FEB!
