On 03/18/24 A PHONE CALL TO THE DELIVERY On 03/18/24 We received our cross trainer. Came early was quite a surprise for us. The delivery man was off the chart helpful for helping by putting it in our garage. Still working on redoing the room we plan to place it. FEB was great with advice for us in deciding on our choice. Israel was great with all our questions and addressing what to expect in concerns to delivery. We don’t have it set up yet, but once the room is done it will be and we’ll share another post about how it went setting it up, and how we feel about the used of our recumbent stepper.

A good experience and purchase . The overall purchase of the recumbent stepper went very well . Israel was very helpful and offered a good price . He also answered phone calls and text messages. The delivery was as promised within the two to three week time frame . No damage to equipment during delivery. The CRS800S is I well built piece of equipment!

I am very pleased with my entire… I am very pleased with my entire experience with FEB. Israel is really and truly committed to his 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. I called in early January hoping to buy a specific piece of equipment but there were none to be had. Israel took the time to personally make a recommendation more suited to my needs. Delivery and setup were flawless. Unfortunately part of my physical disability made it impossible for me to use my new machine. Just one call with Israel and we believe that my problem will be solved. Apparently I am not the first person to have trouble with my leg. With Israel’s help I will be getting an accessory that we hope will solve my problem. Once I receive my leg stabilization kit I plan to get moving and to get in better shape. Our new Spirit CRS800S Our Spirit CRS800S was assembled yesterday and it is terrific. My husband used a similar bike while in rehab and decided he needed one at home. He will not be able to use it for another week or more as he just had surgery. Thank you Israel for recommending this model!
