So far this treadmill is great! So far this treadmill is great! There are a few things I wish would be better but over I think it's a super solid treadmill for the price. If I was to make it perfect, I wish the speakers were a little bit louder. The knobs to increase or decrease incline and speed are super easy to move so I have been finding myself brushing up on them when running and having to adjust them back to my desired settings. The tablet holder moves a little bit and makes noise so that's kind of annoying also. Aside from those things though it really is great.

Everything seemed great until it came time for delivery Saw via email item had arrived in destination city. Tried several times to click on link to schedule delivery. Every time I got an error message about the tracking number. Figured maybe it was too early to schedule. Yesterday afternoon I got a text saying they would deliver today. I replied within 30 minutes and asked to schedule for a day we would actually be home. No response. Today our treadmill was delivered and left in our driveway. Not even under our covered front porch or covered walkway. Just out in the open in the middle of the driveway. The thing is massively heavy and trying to get it up our front steps with just me and my husband is impossible. Not the workout I was anticipating for this.

I was sent a defective bike I was sent a defective bike. I called customer support and was passed back and forth for about an hour. Their solution was not to send me a new bike but to put a “fix” on equipment that was never used. This tells me it a known problem and that they don’t back their products. Also, if you want to return the bike then it will cost me $155 and. 20% restocking fee. Ridiculous!! I asked the company to call me and was told oh we don’t do that. What kind of service is Horizon running…not a good one. The only reason it has 1 star is because it’s required. Do not purchase from this company! I am still having to deal with this 5 days after reaching out the first time!
