GBHorrible Customer Service This was purchased as a gift. Item took over 6 weeks to be delivered, with no communication, other than it shipped. Leaked during first use. Have sent several emails with the template respose: CCan you please tell us if the leak was there upon arrival? Also, please send us a video highlighting the issue. We will reship you a new one for free." I have received this response 3 times, after I have replied with my answer and pictures. I really wanted this to work, but the customer service is horrible.

GBHorrible experience Horrible experience all around. Received pod but no chiller. Have been trying to get in contact with them for over a month with no response. No refund, no product, no response. The company seems to be a complete fraud. Spend the money elsewhere

GBThe chill pod does not keep water cold… The chill pod does not keep water cold for much time at all. Maybe 2-3 hours. I put 3 gallons of ice in after adding very cold water to begin with. Within 2 hours there was no ice and the water was very tolerable. We keep it in complete shade. I would need to add A LOT of ice daily to even make it useable. Very poor insulation.

GBI have used it everyday I have used it everyday, being a multi sport fanatic, it has helped me cool down and recover. Had it nearly two weeks, and it’s great. even 6”4 92kg, I can fit in and still have space to move.

GBPaid the shipping cost to return the… Paid the shipping cost to return the product with pictures and all. It's been over 4 months, and Abdul informs me via email that it's in escalation that he has a reminder to the finance department. It's not looking good. I will still pursue this based on principles, and will report back if I get my refund.
