What a horrible company to do business… What a horrible company to do business with. No customer service number only email. No returned emails with issues and complete order wasn't sent. Still waiting on the lid. I will be requesting a full refund from this company. Go a different route for this type of product.

Cheap quality. Rip off Cheap quality cant believe this thin poor quality Vinyl sell for over 100 dollars My seams leaked after 2 uses. Great marketing though. All the money went to marketing instead of a quality product. What a disappointment.

Horrible Customer Service This was purchased as a gift. Item took over 6 weeks to be delivered, with no communication, other than it shipped. Leaked during first use. Have sent several emails with the template respose: CCan you please tell us if the leak was there upon arrival? Also, please send us a video highlighting the issue. We will reship you a new one for free." I have received this response 3 times, after I have replied with my answer and pictures. I really wanted this to work, but the customer service is horrible.

Terrible customer service It supposedly took almost a month to deliver the product and then it disappeared from my doorstep. When I tried to contact the company to get some assistance they all but ignored me. I have zero good things to say about their terrible customer service and I'm not able to comment on the quality of the product because I'm out my money and never received the product. According to USPS shipping label has been created on 3/27. USPS has not received the item. It is April 4th. You sent a review product email before item is on the customer’s hands. Order being processed vs. shipped are 2 different things. Minimally if the item has been shipped, better communication would be nice.
