GBHow hard is it to ship an item in 8 days? Apparently, very. I placed an order got notice it processed and shipped, but 8 days later USPS still hasn’t received the item to ship. I am attempting to cancel my order and I have disputed the charge with my credit card company.

GBHorrible experience Horrible experience all around. Received pod but no chiller. Have been trying to get in contact with them for over a month with no response. No refund, no product, no response. The company seems to be a complete fraud. Spend the money elsewhere

GBWhat a horrible company to do business… What a horrible company to do business with. No customer service number only email. No returned emails with issues and complete order wasn't sent. Still waiting on the lid. I will be requesting a full refund from this company. Go a different route for this type of product.

GBCheap quality. Rip off Cheap quality cant believe this thin poor quality Vinyl sell for over 100 dollars My seams leaked after 2 uses. Great marketing though. All the money went to marketing instead of a quality product. What a disappointment.

GBDon’t waste your time on this product Wish I would have read these reviews before buying. Same experience: long delivery, leaked at first fill up, and now can’t get real customer service support. Just email templates asking for video of leak but no real action after weeks.
