Great product ! Shipping a bit long At first I was scared because my delivery took longer than expected but the customer service answered all my concerns 😁, maybe you guys can improve the delivery speed but everything else is perfect ! The ice tub is very convenient and well made.

Don’t waste your time on this product Wish I would have read these reviews before buying. Same experience: long delivery, leaked at first fill up, and now can’t get real customer service support. Just email templates asking for video of leak but no real action after weeks.

What a horrible company to do business… What a horrible company to do business with. No customer service number only email. No returned emails with issues and complete order wasn't sent. Still waiting on the lid. I will be requesting a full refund from this company. Go a different route for this type of product.

The chill pod does not keep water cold… The chill pod does not keep water cold for much time at all. Maybe 2-3 hours. I put 3 gallons of ice in after adding very cold water to begin with. Within 2 hours there was no ice and the water was very tolerable. We keep it in complete shade. I would need to add A LOT of ice daily to even make it useable. Very poor insulation.

Terrible customer service It supposedly took almost a month to deliver the product and then it disappeared from my doorstep. When I tried to contact the company to get some assistance they all but ignored me. I have zero good things to say about their terrible customer service and I'm not able to comment on the quality of the product because I'm out my money and never received the product. Thumbs down Chillpod.
