How hard is it to ship an item in 8 days? Apparently, very. I placed an order got notice it processed and shipped, but 8 days later USPS still hasn’t received the item to ship. I am attempting to cancel my order and I have disputed the charge with my credit card company.

Worth the wait 👍 Coped my chillpod last month and let me tell you, I am absolutely blown away by this product! I was a bit skeptical at first, but after using it a few times, I can confidently say that it's one of the best investments I've made for my post-workout recovery routine. It's easy to use, and materials feels durable. I was also impressed by how much ice and water it can hold. I was initially disappointed that my delivery was delayed, but thanks to customer service team for keeping me updated and going above and beyond to make things right, it was worth the wait !

Still waiting? Ordered over a week ago. Still hasn’t shipped? Might want to revisit how they are getting or not getting their product in customer hands in a timely manner. Response to Chillpod. According to USPS shipping label has been created on 3/27. USPS has not received the item. It is April 4th. You sent a review product email before item is on the customer’s hands. Order being processed vs. shipped are 2 different things. Minimally if the item has been shipped, better communication would be nice.

Reached out to customer service, responses have been super slow, I explained the entire issue in my emails, only to have the rep ask me what my issue was. I have logged a formal complaint through the Better Business Bureau and notified this company I have done so, WITH PROOF of complaint, and still no response. Don’t waste your time or money. This is a scam company for sure. I am so mad I didn’t do my due diligence before purchasing.
