HORRIABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I ordered dumbbells and canceled the order in less than an hour. I received an email saying they were evaluating my request. I sent several emails for four days, NEVER to receive another response. 5 weeks later, I received the dumbbells. How ridicules. Sent several emails explaining. I googled the business name to find out they have horrible reviews. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Misleading Advertising and No Communication I purchased a dumbbell "set". Pictures included a pair of dumbells and the description used the word "set". The order stated it would ship in 10-15 days. I did not receive any shipping notice after 15 days so I emailed and left a voicemail the next day. After no response, I reported it to the credit card company the following day. A day after reporting it, I received the shipping notification, and the package arrived about 5 days later. The price seemed slightly better than other sellers for a pair of dumbbells. The package arrived with only a single dumbbell. Way overpriced for a single unit. I reached back out asking to return the product for a refund. Still no response after a month.

Scam company. The dumbbells they advertise are… The dumbbells they advertise are regularly priced $400, and they show a 50% discount making you believe it’s a set of dumbbells but it’s actually only a single dumbbell they sell for $200. It’s been weeks and nothing came. They never respond when I try to cancel the order. I just called my credit card company and did a charge back. Problem solved. Totally scam company

No accepting returns According to the picture on your website I bought Dumbbell and expect to receive 1 set of two Dumbbells (on the website is a set of two). Instead, I received just one. I tried to return this Dumbbell, which company policy allowed me to do it, unfortunately no one wants to talk to me and send me a return label so I can't send it back (trying to do it for past three weeks). Poor service and not working phone. Looks like the company's business doesn't go well.

Poor quality and slow shipping. This took over a month to arrive. The picture also shows two dumbbells and I was lead to believe that I was purchasing two dumbbells, not one. That was extremely disappointing. Aside from that bad experience, the weight changing system is also pretty terrible. 7/10 times you want to change the weight it’ll get stuck. Would not purchase again nor support the company.
