Excellent service Excellent service. I didn’t realize my old address was on file. When I entered my address for credit card I incorrectly thought I was putting in my shipping address. When I contacted customer support they corrected the issue in minutes. And it was late at night too! Love the shirts and love the service!

I was having issues with the knee sleeves after about 6 months of leg workouts as it started slightly tearing at one of the seams so I emailed them and they got right back and shipped me a new pair for free! Unbelievable customer service. Could not be happier with the support team and overall feel of the sleeves. I will be a customer for life.

Rad company Rad company! I go by Reaper and having a cool, aesthetically pleasing gym company that’s not just another off shoot of all the others, is a cool thing to be apart of ~ helps me want to get up and do the work. I recently made an order and i inputted the incorrect size for a product; as it was the weekend i was concerned that i would have to do a full return and re order as is the case with most companies. However by Monday morning customer service was able to cancel my order before it moved and created a new order with the correct items. I’ve never been so appreciative and impressed by such quick and kind support staff (i believe ”Samuel” helped me. Never have a wrote a review for customer support but they are on the ball. Thank you!
