GBHigher prices and slower shipping Since your company has merged or hired outside help I've noticed higher prices and much slower shipping. I used to like you because my animal food was cheaper with auto shipping now you change it to toys. I used to love your service it was a two day shipping now its much longer.

GBItems out of stock! I ordered items, and the website showed them as in stock. Paid for them, and only received a partial order. I was told not to worry--the outstanding items would be back in stock in a couple of days. Those couple of days turned into weeks. Although communication was good, shipping was relatively slow compared to other sites I've ordered from. Suggestion: don't indicate that out of stock items are in stock!

GBGood Price...Slow Delivery / Communication I liked the price of the product I ordered, but would like to see it arrive sooner. My first order took two days to ship, then five days transit based on the shipping method. USPS Priority would cut 2 - 3 days off the transit time. On my second order, it took seven days before they sent me a backorder notice. :( I cancelled and ordered from another vendor, and received the product in two days. :)

GBPrice was good, shipping was terrible I was pleased and excited to find the Wellness Salmon and Venison stew at the price we got it at (with free shipping). However, when they arrived, most of the cans were some level of dented, from kind of to severely. Since that's the kind of thing that compromises the seal on the can and changes the food from food to fatally toxic, that's a problem. There was no padding (bubble wrap, etc.) in the package, so the cases of food were banging around during shipment - not sure if that is what caused the denting (seems likely), or if the cans were dented before they were shipped (some of them were in the middle of a shrink-wrapped case, so not sure how they got dented otherwise), or both. In any case - the food is no longer cheap if i have to throw some of the cans away to avoid poisoning my dog, and i won't order from this company again.

GBUnhappy with shipping issues I wanted to try a new dog food for my 10 month Cockapoo because he was starting to scratch more frequently with the food he was on. A new food came highly reccommended so I thought I would try out PetBest to order it. I ordered it on April 2, 2013 and was told I would receive it in 2-5 days. About a week and a half later I called to see where the order was. At that time I was told my order went to UPS and never was sent from there. However no one from PetBest followed up on why it wasn't shipped. They said that they would resend my order. By that time I had already had to buy additional dog food from another source. I finally received my order on April 15, 2013. I probably won't purchase my dog food from PetBest again.
