Quality product for a decent price Product selection and price is quite good. Better than the average "fitness product site". Purchased the 52.5lb adjustable dumbbells and incline bench for a solid deal. The dumbbells work well, but the selecting mechanism has gotten stuck a few times resulting in either picking up extra weight than the selected number, or not rotating at all after replacing in the stand. Both are an easy fix, but can be inconvenient mid workout. Pretty much the only reason it's 4 stars and not 5. Notifications of sales via text is a solid plus.

Complete Scam! "They repeatedly deceived me! Initially, they only shipped the rack ( I ordered a weight set with a rack!), acknowledging their website's severe misinformation. Eventually, they consented to a refund, contingent upon covering shipping expenses, assuring reimbursement within two weeks. Despite returning the rack, it's been over a month, and I've yet to receive any refund. Beware of this scam and steer clear!"

Quality service, solid equipment, fair prices This actually goes back to August 2021… found them as I was searching for gym equipment because I was still not comfortable at busy gyms. Came across a page that showed decent equipment for a relatively good price. Placed a large order with some extra weights, took a few months to arrive but at the time they were backlogged with orders and kept me informed of this. They were willing to break the order up if I wanted but I figured why waste the resources. Late October or early November everything arrived. Again solid quality goods especially based on the great prices during a period where home gym equipment prices were rising. 10/10 will use again if I need more

I ordered my barbell and squat rack… I ordered my barbell and squat rack bundle and must say, it was the best price I could find. Not all the items were in stock which caused delay on the order. Eventually they sent monster of it and I waited for the bench to be sent at a different time (no shipping charge). Customer service was fantastic and continued to update me as I emailed to check in. When the equipment arrived it's qualify was outstanding. I was able ti put it together on my own and I continue to be impressed with my set up! There are definitely some other items I will be purchase at a later date :) the only reason I gave it a 4/5 stars is because the delivery did not happen as advertised but I was okay with that as it did come and they communicated with me about this as well.

Delay, delay, delay... Delay, claimed wrong address, delay, then said backordered. Only gave an extra star for responses and following through on the suggestion of a coupon. And then some more delay. Might be a good company caught in a supplier issue but won't be trying again as I can't afford to lose another 2-3 weeks.
