This is a great company This is a great company. The equipment is truly top notch and is perfect for my home gym setup. The squat rack is super sturdy and everything is very functional. The best part about the company by far though is the customer service. I had a couple questions come up over the course of ordering an entire new home gym and the representatives I emailed with always got back to me unbelievably quickly with expert help. I strongly recommend this company to anyone looking to start a home gym or just wanting to add some more workout equipment to their current setup.

Shipping wasn’t so great with UPS but… Shipping wasn’t so great with UPS but the product is awesome! Everything is easy to use and the bench was easy to put together without instructions.

Quality service, solid equipment, fair prices This actually goes back to August 2021… found them as I was searching for gym equipment because I was still not comfortable at busy gyms. Came across a page that showed decent equipment for a relatively good price. Placed a large order with some extra weights, took a few months to arrive but at the time they were backlogged with orders and kept me informed of this. They were willing to break the order up if I wanted but I figured why waste the resources. Late October or early November everything arrived. Again solid quality goods especially based on the great prices during a period where home gym equipment prices were rising. 10/10 will use again if I need more

Frustrated to say the least… I ordered a set of adjustable dumbells and a workout bench, and the order went through with payment accepted and a delivery fee of $75. I was ok with this as I am reasonable and it is heavier items. A few days pass with no updates and finally, 4 days later I get an email requesting I pay an additional $619.90!! Are you kidding me? I paid just over that for the equipment! Asked to cancel my order and still nothing. I had a truck cap shipped to my location for $100 and it was much heavier. Stay away! Updated. Definitely haven't received any communication from this company regarding my refund. Called my credit card company and they have frozen the amount in question and they are investigating. I also left a review on Better Business Bureau to get the word out to avoid this company and its shady tactics.

AMAZING SUPPORT I purchased a set of twist dumbbell set for my husband a few years ago. We had a couple of things happen in the last few months where we needed to contact their service department. I am happy to share their service is AMAZING! Very responsive, personal service and support, and they don't stop until they know they have solved your issues - unheard of these days, but this company makes it a stress-free experience. I'm in the service industry so appreciate when I receive great service. I highly recommend this company. My husband loves the set and hope he will have it for years to come.
