I know that this was in the contract, but after I have given them an address that did not need the supplement, I waited and waited and still. I should get my order tomorroy, but I'm crossing my fingers. For what I've experienced, the canadian's office is the source of that lack of diligence.b After asking for a call back on 3 occasions and getting nothine and no awnser to any email, I get it. But, and all the stars I'm giving is deseved by Eve which was very nice and did all she could.

Complete Scam! "They repeatedly deceived me! Initially, they only shipped the rack ( I ordered a weight set with a rack!), acknowledging their website's severe misinformation. Eventually, they consented to a refund, contingent upon covering shipping expenses, assuring reimbursement within two weeks. Despite returning the rack, it's been over a month, and I've yet to receive any refund. Beware of this scam and steer clear!"

Great Products Recently bought an adjustable bench from these guys - last missing piece to my home gym! Hit a few workouts with it already and it’s perfect. Very stable, comfortable, and looks good. Overall great experience with better body and would definitely recommend to anyone who’s looking to build a home gym!

Delay, delay, delay... Delay, claimed wrong address, delay, then said backordered. Only gave an extra star for responses and following through on the suggestion of a coupon. And then some more delay. Might be a good company caught in a supplier issue but won't be trying again as I can't afford to lose another 2-3 weeks.
