AMAZING SUPPORT I purchased a set of twist dumbbell set for my husband a few years ago. We had a couple of things happen in the last few months where we needed to contact their service department. I am happy to share their service is AMAZING! Very responsive, personal service and support, and they don't stop until they know they have solved your issues - unheard of these days, but this company makes it a stress-free experience. I'm in the service industry so appreciate when I receive great service. I highly recommend this company. My husband loves the set and hope he will have it for years to come.

Complete Scam! "They repeatedly deceived me! Initially, they only shipped the rack ( I ordered a weight set with a rack!), acknowledging their website's severe misinformation. Eventually, they consented to a refund, contingent upon covering shipping expenses, assuring reimbursement within two weeks. Despite returning the rack, it's been over a month, and I've yet to receive any refund. Beware of this scam and steer clear!"

Genuinely a Great Company Better Body Equipment is a genuinely great company. Not only are their products top notch, but their customer service is top tier as well. Quick personal anecdote: I purchased a pair of adjustable dumbbells during their Black Friday sale. The shipping was delayed due to increased volume, which is understandable. I waited about a week after they were estimated to arrive, but they didn't show as shipped. I reached out to Customer Service and explained my situation. They were so kind and helpful, they upgraded my order a bit and sent out my order the next day from their Canadian site (I'm in the US and they have a separate location down here which they normally fulfill US orders through). I received my dumbbells a few days later and they work fantastically; I couldn't be happier. Thank you so much Better Body, I will be a customer for life!

Shipping wasn’t so great with UPS but… Shipping wasn’t so great with UPS but the product is awesome! Everything is easy to use and the bench was easy to put together without instructions.

I ordered my barbell and squat rack… I ordered my barbell and squat rack bundle and must say, it was the best price I could find. Not all the items were in stock which caused delay on the order. Eventually they sent monster of it and I waited for the bench to be sent at a different time (no shipping charge). Customer service was fantastic and continued to update me as I emailed to check in. When the equipment arrived it's qualify was outstanding. I was able ti put it together on my own and I continue to be impressed with my set up! There are definitely some other items I will be purchase at a later date :) the only reason I gave it a 4/5 stars is because the delivery did not happen as advertised but I was okay with that as it did come and they communicated with me about this as well.
