Customer Support After receiving my first order I ordered some additional bands and door holds. When I received the additional items there was one door hold missing. I contacted the customer support team and they quickly sent the additional door hold. I like the products and am very satisfied with their customer support.

I'm not one to give reviews unless I am… I'm not one to give reviews unless I am totally impressed and this is a phenomenal company with outstanding customer service. Their products are top notch in quality and durability. I've actually made great gains from their bench press band replicating weighted bench press. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

No return policy, be warned. No return policy, be warned. Same product, different websites, different prices, same company, be warned. Slow delivery despite guarantees otherwise, be warned. Product, meh. Just buy some resistance bands. The 'return policy' applies only if the product is not 'on sale', which, of course, all the products conveniently are.

Great product, but… The product works great, but I spent a week going back and forth with their customer service. They changed the way the pull up assist connects to the pull up bar but didn’t update the instructions or the website description. It would also take a full day for each reply email to come through and the customer service rep didn’t seem to know about the problem I just described. Also, I’d prefer if it wasn’t made in China. The product is good enough quality that I would pay more for one that was made in the US.

Excellent product, does exactly what’s advertised and motivates for more Excellent product. I’ve always wanted to work out with weights but don’t have the time to leave the house to go to the gym. Now I have this kit in my living room I’ve been using it everyday. Noticed my stamina going up and feeling a good pump. Everything you want in a home kit. Don’t hesitate, nows the time to start if you’re reading this. Delivery did take a while from the website but that was down to the courier and when I emailed innstar themselves about it, I was responded to within the day and very genuine responses at that.
