unresponsive customer "service" I ordered an Odin Hammer. They sent a Thor. I returned it using their ups label.They won't refund the money until they receive it. Got lost by UPS. Now no response to repeated enquiries. reported to BBB. Will contest charges on CC.

Horrible customer service Horrible customer service! It’s 5/10, I ordered a kettlebell late January. I’ve requested an update twice both times it took 3-4 days to return my message. My request for a refund was flat ignored! I had to result to a Facebook comment which magically disappeared within an hour instead of addressing the issue! Stay away from this company!

Ordered December, Delivered May I ordered 2 Kettlebells in December, and they arrived in May. I was given a delivery date in early Jan and every month it was pushed back - but I was only notified when I would email. Minimal contact and incredibly late shipping. Was initially very excited about these kettlebells but overall very disappointed

Bad Return Policy for Heavy Items If you purchase anything heavy, keep in mind return is self-ship and the cost of return to ship will most likely be more than the product itself and they have a 22% restocking fee on top of it. Not clearly stated on their return policy page.
