GBITEMS LISTED AS IN STOCK BUT REFUNDED MONEY IMMEDIATELY The website indicated that the items I ordered were in stock, but when I made the order, I received a refund with no explanation of the reason for the refund. I assume the items were not in stock, but communication could have been better. As a small business owner with a web shop myself, I know how hard it can be to keep online inventory up to date, but good communication is key to maintaining trust with customers. I ordered two neck guard shirts, and I had read previous reviews that money was refunded without an explanation, so I had an idea that this might happen, but it was a bummer not to get the items I needed.

GBNot good Hello. I’m not not sure if this is a fedex mistake or not. I’ve ordered plenty of these from you and never had a problem but this week I ordered two more boxes. Only one box was delivered and it was delivered to my neighbor not my house. Please either send me another box ( preferably ) or refund me 50% Of my order. Thank you. While it was a different shape box than previous orders, there were Still 75 animals inside, same as the count of the previous boxes. Maybe someone thought it was a double box, not sure.

GBOrdered a pair of hockey... Ordered a pair of hockey skate runner blades, the description was very basic which caused me to order the incorrect style blade, I contacted them TWICE about returning the unopened blades and heard nothing from them both times. Shop somewhere else that actually has customer service.
