Wouldn’t recommend Took about 2 months to get my parts back. Terrible communication, I emailed them several times. They also didn’t finish the job! Which put me in a very bad situation. I have a 14.5” barrel, I ordered the pin/weld service and went to the range. I was showing my rifle off to my friend and RO and he said, that doesn’t look like it’s welded.. it wasn’t.. So I was shooting an SBR (unknowingly) which is a federal offense. I’ve emailed NS several more times for a refund and explanation - no response..

I was incredibly impressed with the level of customer service. I knew right then and there I was going to send my upper to NS Defense. I was told it would be done in a day and I was not disappointed. Best place to buy KAC The KAC taupe grip is a standard requirement on all my lowers now. NS Defense was the only place that had them in stock for a reasonable price. Shipping and communication was excellent. I will be giving NS Defense more business in the future. Very satisfied customer.
