URX 4 Order Product took a week to be fulfilled, despite being in stock when I ordered it. Additionally, it did not ship with the installation instructions or the wrench needed to install it and my attempts at correspondence have not been responded to. Lastly, the product came scuffed in a few locations.

Solid work, fast turn-around Did well in removing a botched muzzle attachment and had fast turn-around on their work. Only improvement I can think of would be getting an email notification when my parts were received just so I know that parts weren’t lost in transit. Not really an issue, just something that would help my peace of mind. Overall, really happy with their work and would gladly recommend them for work on kac systems.

Wouldn’t recommend Took about 2 months to get my parts back. Terrible communication, I emailed them several times. They also didn’t finish the job! Which put me in a very bad situation. I have a 14.5” barrel, I ordered the pin/weld service and went to the range. I was showing my rifle off to my friend and RO and he said, that doesn’t look like it’s welded.. it wasn’t.. So I was shooting an SBR (unknowingly) which is a federal offense. I’ve emailed NS several more times for a refund and explanation - no response..
