Great Company Customer For Life I e-mail NS Defense about getting my muzzle brake put on in a timely fashion. Instead of an email back, I received a phone call from Jake. I was incredibly impressed with the level of customer service. I knew right then and there I was going to send my upper to NS Defense. I was told it would be done in a day and I was not disappointed. The work was perfectly done, and I received the finished product very quickly. I would not hesitate to use NS Defense again. I wish the best for them and any future business.

Great customer service and prompt shipping, even during the current craziness I called NSDefense to speak about my order after I placed it to inquire about its status based on the order summary. It turns out, the status was about to change because it cleared the fraud checks and I was informed it would mail that day. The gentleman I spoke with was a pleasure to talk to and reassured me everything was good with my order and not to worry further. Sure enough, 3 days later it was in my mailbox! Overall, a really great customer interaction on the phone, very prompt shipping while most companies make excuses about Covid19, riots, workers not coming into work, etc. and a very smooth and easy order process with good pricing on the products in question. I would definitely buy from them again!

URX 4 Order Product took a week to be fulfilled, despite being in stock when I ordered it. Additionally, it did not ship with the installation instructions or the wrench needed to install it and my attempts at correspondence have not been responded to. Lastly, the product came scuffed in a few locations.
