This company only makes helmets in medium/large or extra-large and my head seem to be a size in between those two. First class service I inadvertently ordered a bike rack at a very good price that could not be used with a trailer hitch appropriate for my car. The rack was shipped immediately after I ordered it. While package was enroute, I realized my error. The same day I emailed Movatik of the situation, they sent me a prepaid fedex label for return and full refund.
