Giro helmet The helmet I ordered was not the picture color you showed instead of a dark grey it showed I received a light grey almost white. I am a first time customer, hoping to use this site more often. I did receive an email unfortunately that color is not an option and its a Christmas gift.

First class service I inadvertently ordered a bike rack at a very good price that could not be used with a trailer hitch appropriate for my car. The rack was shipped immediately after I ordered it. While package was enroute, I realized my error. The same day I emailed Movatik of the situation, they sent me a prepaid fedex label for return and full refund. I highly recommend Movatik for their excellent customer service as well as great products and price.

Awful Customer Service Awful customer service. Purchased a bike rack. Tried it on the car once to see if it worked. It did not. I purchased from this site because item was a decent price and it was an open box. Per the website, open box items would be treated as new and returns would be available. Returned, but was denied a refund because it was not considered "new." Ridiculous. Asked staff to reconsider, no response. HORRIBLE. AVOID THIS BUSINESS.

I ordered a Lumos adult white bike… I ordered a Lumos adult white bike helmet That was the wrong size. This company only makes helmets in medium/large or extra-large and my head seem to be a size in between those two. In a world where finding anyone to help you with customer service is becoming a rarity, Alex from Movatik immediately responded to me, helped me fix my problem, and immediately shipped another helmet to me. It was by far one of the best service customer experience as I have had in years.
