First class service I inadvertently ordered a bike rack at a very good price that could not be used with a trailer hitch appropriate for my car. The rack was shipped immediately after I ordered it. While package was enroute, I realized my error. The same day I emailed Movatik of the situation, they sent me a prepaid fedex label for return and full refund. I highly recommend Movatik for their excellent customer service as well as great products and price.

Poor quality tubes ??? Aside from simple fast ordering and shipping speed as well as the price for the package deal was exceptional! But after installing the rim strips tires and tubes , upon airing them up in 20lb increments 1 tube exploded just after reaching recommended tire pressurevof 90lbs

Fast, fair prices and great service I was looking for a particular part for my bike. A chain tensioner. I had recently changed from a 7 speed to a single gear and wanted to change out the derailleur. I found several other items that I couldn’t source locally at a reasonable price. The website is easy to navigate. All products were delivered fast and packaged well to prevent damage.

Awful Customer Service Awful customer service. Purchased a bike rack. Tried it on the car once to see if it worked. It did not. I purchased from this site because item was a decent price and it was an open box. Per the website, open box items would be treated as new and returns would be available. Returned, but was denied a refund because it was not considered "new." Ridiculous. Asked staff to reconsider, no response. HORRIBLE. AVOID THIS BUSINESS.
