GBFantastic course for all runners I have been dealing with posture-related running issues that have worsened in the last 2 years. Not happy with the orthotics route suggested by physios, I chose Run True seeking to improve my form from a more fundamental level. I felt that correcting my movement patterns was the answer rather than relying on something I had to then wear in all my shoes going forward. I have thoroughly enjoyed the course. I participated in-person and found the sessions engaging and useful with all learned movements being running specific. Additional available online content has really helped me to remember moves and keep me practising at home. I like Nigel's friendly but succinct teaching as it helped me to focus and to know exactly where I was going wrong. My running form has already improved in 6 short weeks and while I still have a way to go till what I have learnt becomes second nature, I now have a fantastic toolbox at my disposal to keep me on an upward (or should I say forward) trajectory. I highly recommend this course to any runner. Even if you aren't plagued by injury this is a fantastic way to build good running form.

GBThe Run True course is a fantastic⦠The Run True course is a fantastic course for runners of all abilities. I completed the course almost 18 months ago and I can honestly say what I learned on the course has transformed my running. My strength and mobility have improved markedly and so far I have been injury free. Whether you're a sprinter or a longer distance endurance runner, this is the course for you.

GB6 week run true programme ⦠I completed the run true programme about 18months ago when I was just starting to get into running properly and Iām so glad I did . It gave me an understanding to not only prevent injury but to improve my running ability. I always recommend this course to any runner whether they are new to ruining or someone who has been running for years .

GBRun True changed my Running Style for the Better Over the 6 face to face sessions the course built as did our flexibility and new way of thinking about running and the warming up for it. The real test will be in the 7th session were we are filmed. But already feel better in my own sessions. Would thoroughly recommend to people who might even be thinking about it
