GB6 week run true programme … I completed the run true programme about 18months ago when I was just starting to get into running properly and I’m so glad I did . It gave me an understanding to not only prevent injury but to improve my running ability. I always recommend this course to any runner whether they are new to ruining or someone who has been running for years .

GBGreat course, stick with it! I attended Nigel's 6 week in person Run True course. I found it really helpful and I am now doing the exercises to help with my marathon training. The first couple of weeks don't make complete sense but then it all comes together at the end so stick with it! Nigel is very experienced, knowledgeable and passionate about running so it's a wealth of knowledge to tap into. It's early days yet for me doing the exercises but they make sense as a runner and are helping my mobility.

GBRunning with renewed vigour I'm a 62 male who's been running 3-4 times per week for 40 years. My running mojo was waning as I slowed down after a stress fracture. Obviously I was going to slow with age but the age grade calculator indicated I was slowing down more than I wanted. Was I heading towards life as a non runner? Hoping for inspiration I read Richard Askwith's "Race against Time" and he alluded to the help of Nigel and his RunTrue process. I signed up for the online course. Five months later I'm enjoying running again and embracing a new running mode, even at this late stage. I've ditched stretching after 30 years of diligently performing it after runs, ( it never seemed to help with injuries anyway), and I seem to have rediscovered some spring in my old legs. I'm still a work in progress and have to think of my head, feet, hips, arms when I run in an attempt to get the correct form. However, it's fun and I have some running goals again. GBRunning injury free and understanding running efficiency and form I'm 58 ,recently retired to the Lake district and taken up fell running in the last year.
