Just wanted to thank you for your… Just wanted to thank you for your fabulous surface I’ve been able to use it everyday and we’ve had frost to -10 !! It has stayed soft and usable !! It was also brilliant during the extremely hot summer and didn’t get deep or dusty !!! 👍

Love our new surface. The team at Carpet Gallop have been great. I appreciate that COVID has caused issues with supply. I think this is due to their suppliers being closed for three months. They kept me informed and delivered when they said they would. Loving our new surface.

4 Years after installation We are 4 years in with our carpet gallop surface and this is the first winter we have had such fierce frosts. Our surface has proved invaluable and has not frozen once meaning we can exercise our horses without fear of accident or injury - its a big thumbs up from us - good value for money and exactly what was promised !!

Avoid! Avoid! Poor customer service, if you have a problem they are most unhelpful. I was supplied insufficient surface it took 18months to get them to come out for a site visit, once they did I was told I wasn't given enough or the right topper. I was quoted a price to top it up at full price despite not being given the correct amount in the first place. The quality of the carpet is extremely poor and I have since been advised not to ride on it now I am left with a terrible surface which is going to cost me alot to replace. The owner is extremely rude, pushy and most unhelpful!

Ordered a surface last year which had a… Ordered a surface last year which had a higher than normal sponge content , Mark was really good he came out and agreed to replace it , Covid hit and a bit of a delay but all sorted and received really excellent service . I must add to be really fair the original surface rode really well just the lighter appearance needed sorting , this surface is really low maintenance we have big show horses and they all love it best surface we have ever had .
