A great company A great company , very honest and helpful . I read the reviews before hand and was slightly concerned .. BUT non of the negatives on there were what we found . The company we’re more than helpful , the surface is brilliant and we couldn’t recommend them highly enough .

Love our surface! Love our surface. It has enabled us to keep riding all year round even in the deepest of snow and treacherous ice. Fast delivery. Easy to install and good value for money. Low maintenance. Polite friendly helpful team. A must for anyone who doesn’t want to spend thousands on hard sand that freezes.

Good Product Due to the pandemic and some machinery issues our collection date was put back twice but , true to their word , the product was released for collection and I arranged to pick up 22 bulk bags of the Gtech carpet fibre top surface directly from the factory . As its shredded vehicle carpet there we absolutely no metal parts and other than some clumps of "fluff" its was all usable , clean and of a consistent size . it was easy to handle and spread and now it has mixed with the sand base it rides very well in addition to retaining moisture and stopping the wind from moving the sand around / out of the menage . I am very happy with the product and would recommend.

Absolutely awful experience with this… Absolutely awful experience with this company. Paid and agreed appropriate transport via a rigid lorry. Then got an email to say can we accommodate an articulated vehicle knowing full well that this was not possible given our access. I asked for an immediate refund only to be told this would take place within 5 working days. Then Mark Gilbert sent me a credit note not a refund which was incorrect as it did not show the payment received. Now not answering calls. Disgusting. Don't use this company unless you want to be scammed.

Happy with our new arena After a few issues with delivery , not arriving on the day promised and came in 2 separate loads so we needed to hire a forklift for 2 days and had 3 men standing around for 2 separate half days . We eventually got our surface and we are very happy with it . If it hadn’t been for the delivery issues I would of given it 5 stars . Yes it did smell a bit , but it is recycled carpet shredded so yo be expected . It is great value for money !
