The saga of trying to get a refund…. Ran into a site issue two days after ordering and asked for refund. Total nightmare—firstly no replies, then latterly every excuse in the book, promises that the money has been transferred, and it never has. Nearly a month on and I have just asked the bank for a chargeback because I’m clearly not getting a refund any other way. Not happy, petrified I won’t get the money back. And I am clearly not the first person this has happened to, either. ETA They finally refunded after we pestered and pestered.

Ordered a surface last year which had a… Ordered a surface last year which had a higher than normal sponge content , Mark was really good he came out and agreed to replace it , Covid hit and a bit of a delay but all sorted and received really excellent service . I must add to be really fair the original surface rode really well just the lighter appearance needed sorting , this surface is really low maintenance we have big show horses and they all love it best surface we have ever had . Thank you .

Absolutely awful experience with this… Absolutely awful experience with this company. Paid and agreed appropriate transport via a rigid lorry. Then got an email to say can we accommodate an articulated vehicle knowing full well that this was not possible given our access. I asked for an immediate refund only to be told this would take place within 5 working days. Then Mark Gilbert sent me a credit note not a refund which was incorrect as it did not show the payment received. Now not answering calls. Disgusting. Don't use this company unless you want to be scammed.

Please please please DO NOT even think… Please please please DO NOT even think about placing an order with this company...... the product is so full of tin cans, carpet gripper, steel door plates, nails, hard plastic Etc it’s a miracle there’s enough room on the delivery wagon for any carpet fibre. All the fake reviews you see on every review site as well, you know the ones with just 1 review lol. Company’s going out of business that were owned by the current owners wife and son....... crooks!!!!!!!! I’m currently claiming S75 on credit card so fingers crossed on that one. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!

Dangerous surface/ horrendous company Dangerous surface/ horrendous company Ordered over lockdown. Delivery strung out day after day. Ended up being a loose load due to a “machinery breakdown” and turned up on an arctic ( specifically asked for smaller lorries) £££ spent on tipping it elsewhere and moving it with false promises of being reimbursed . No exaggeration it stank the whole village out when it arrived!! Pure ammonia. The most worrying thing is the sheer amount of sharp carpet grippers, sharp mangled metal, rocks and general rubbish to include a full Stanley knife complete with blade! None of which have any place in a horse arena. Absolute waste of time trying to deal with it through the company so have cut losses and gone on to sort/change it ourselves. Owner promises the earth but delivers nothing. Absolute nightmare to deal with. Will NEVER recommend them. Strongly advise to avoid at all costs!!
