GBHappy with our new arena After a few issues with delivery , not arriving on the day promised and came in 2 separate loads so we needed to hire a forklift for 2 days and had 3 men standing around for 2 separate half days . We eventually got our surface and we are very happy with it . If it hadn’t been for the delivery issues I would of given it 5 stars . Yes it did smell a bit , but it is recycled carpet shredded so yo be expected . It is great value for money !

GBDo not use this company Do not use this company. There is so much dangerous rubbish in the fibre topping, it should never be placed on an arena, (metal strips from between the doors) which have been shredded, extremely sharp edges, wood gripper with the nails attached, shredded plastic (extremely sharp) stones, wood, paper, plastic bags, toothpaste tubes and sanitary pads.

GBLove our new surface. The team at Carpet Gallop have been great. I appreciate that COVID has caused issues with supply. I think this is due to their suppliers being closed for three months. They kept me informed and delivered when they said they would. Loving our new surface.

GBThe saga of trying to get a refund…. Ran into a site issue two days after ordering and asked for refund. Total nightmare—firstly no replies, then latterly every excuse in the book, promises that the money has been transferred, and it never has. Nearly a month on and I have just asked the bank for a chargeback because I’m clearly not getting a refund any other way. Not happy, petrified I won’t get the money back. And I am clearly not the first person this has happened to, either. ETA They finally refunded after we pestered and pestered.

GBAbsolutely awful experience with this… Absolutely awful experience with this company. Paid and agreed appropriate transport via a rigid lorry. Then got an email to say can we accommodate an articulated vehicle knowing full well that this was not possible given our access. I asked for an immediate refund only to be told this would take place within 5 working days. Then Mark Gilbert sent me a credit note not a refund which was incorrect as it did not show the payment received. Now not answering calls. Disgusting. Don't use this company unless you want to be scammed.
