Excellent Excellent, efficient and timely service. Was nervous about using a new rental company for Cape Coral but they were great from the booking process, a query at the villa and after sales. Could highly recommend them.

Communication is EVERYTHING + Shannon had it all <3 Shannon was EXCELLENT! If I had a question, she got me an answer. And I did have alot of different questions, to the point I was concerned I may have been difficult. But she was so lovely about everything, and her patience and knowledge was greatly appreciated. Easy to work with, lovely demeanor, and I look forward to continuing on with our adventure!

Used Top Villas for Windsor Hills 1004… Used Top Villas for Windsor Hills 1004 arrival 2/7/24 House is not as advertised. TV’s didn’t work among many other issues. Photos taken and sent to Top Villa’s. We paid additional for heated pool that was never heated. Requested refund for that cost never received. Buyer Beware
