Great resort, helpful staff, lovely house. The first encounter with Top Villas was with Molly Biggs, who assisted with planning our trip, she was a joy to work with. The house we stayed in was lovely ,grand kids enjoyed the pool. The water park was amazing! The staff at the resort were always accommodating! We really had a great time. Thank you

We arrived at 4pm after a 20 hour drive… We arrived at 4pm after a 20 hour drive from NY with 3 small children. Upon arrival there was a dead animal in the pool. Seems to have been there for days as there was a lot of residue around it. No one bothered to do a walk through before we arrived? I called the support number many times without being able to get a property manager on the phone during normal business hours. Once 5pm hit (1 hour after I began trying to reach someone) the lines stopped even ringing and went to an automated “after hours” machine and no one to help. I left numerous messages and was only able to get a hold of someone from the booking agency who stated they could not do anything to help except wait for a property manager to call me back. We lost a whole day of the pool and had to deal with cleaning a dead animal out ourselves on the first day of our vacation. I understand this is part of nature, but answering the phone during normal business hours to address a problem is a must with vacation rentals.

Always a great experience with Top Villas The searches are easy to navigate. I can filter just the properties that I am intersted in and get great results from the search. The booking process is clear, easily understandable and the break down of expenses makes it nice to see what is being charged. No surprises. We have booked some very nice properties over the last few years and it is always a great time with family.
