GBFirst timer This was my first time renting a place and because of my experience i will def be back to use big bear cool cabins. I had MANY, MANY questions and their employees were very good about answering any and every question I had. The house was beautiful and lakeside; it was so calming and my family and I had an amazing time. The location was awesome and we decided we will be back!

GBThe proximity to the national forest… The proximity to the national forest was great. The fireplace was hidden by the foosball table. The hot tub was great but did not look like the picture. The stairs to sleeping quarters were steep and this should be noted in the advertisement

GBVery easy check in Very easy check in, all the amenities we needed! The jacuzzi was crystal clear, but the water smelt of mildew. That is our only gripe. Everything else was perfect.
