Location was worth it but..... The communication with the management company was professional and one of the best we've experienced. The location of the condo was excellent and a great choice, While the pillows were extremely comfortable there's no way that two people could have comfortably slept on the pull out sofa mattress which sagged big time, in the middle. Also, for a one week stay, they provided extra bath towels but only one hand towel and no face towels. It was also extremely disappointing that the hot tub did not work (particularly since this was a ski vacation), and no one called us back on this issue.

Very dishonest company Very dishonest company. Made a reservation with Avant Stay 12/27/23 for a Ski vacation in Park City 12/21/24-12/29/24. Paid a 6000 deposit. 4 months later they cancelled and said the property was no longer available on our dates. Went on line to check and found that it was available but they raised the price by 10,000 dollars.

The booking was very easy and… The booking was very easy and straightforward. Check in was smooth. The house itself was good, each room has a bathroom so great for the group size. Location is very nice, only a mile to the beach and pretty close to all the major SD attractions Couple issues: the house itself was dirty, not properly cleaned, sheets and beds were also a little dirty so I had to put down towels before use. Couple things don't work here are there, iron, lights, washing machine, floor gaps. Difficult to get in touch with service people Beds are honestly very uncomfortable, all of the beds are sinking and super squeaky. Unfriended a lot of back and neck pain due to this. Most of us ended up sleeping on the floor since the beds were so uncomfortable. They advertised a garage being available with each unit but when we got there they said 1 garage was locked by the owner and no way to access so that made parking difficult as well as false advertising and setting unrealistic expectations.

Extravagantly Luxurious Stay… Extravagantly Beautiful Luxurious homes. They offer A truly top class experience every time. They go above and beyond with guest services. I've entered A home for my birthday and had balloons and cake waiting for me other time beautiful flower's. These homes are always well cleaned and maintained. They offer an excellent level of comfort, service & privacy. You can order A chef have the fridge filled. It's truly A rich experience at an affordable rate. You definitely get you're money's worth with Avant stay. I highly recommend.

Cancelled our reservation due to price "audit" We booked a vacation home for our very large family with AvantStay. We found the home on Airbnb & Verb, but booked directly from the AvantStay website to save some of the fees. We thought we had found a good deal on a nice house, but nothing ridiculously cheap. The very next morning I get an email stating our reservation had been cancelled due to an "audit" that caught a pricing discrepancy. The price per night almost doubled and became too expensive for our family. We had been looking for a suitable house for a suitable price with the ONE WEEK that everyone in our family was available this summer for over a month. The representative I talked to on the phone was very nice, but said the best way to communicate with the company was to reply to the email I was sent. That representative, "Cindy," basically said sorry there was nothing she could do. I feel like I was unethically dealt with. On principle, they should have honored the price they originally published and eat their own mistake.
