Sugar Cove is Lovely!! Rented Sugar Cove for daughters wedding weekend and was perfect! Extremely clean and well-maintained. Huge hot tub big enough for whole family off front porch. No steep roads to access very easy off main road, straight path to downtown gatlinburg from the cabin. Plenty of space for all. Casita very cute as an optional space but would prefer the pool table in main house. Well - supplied for laundry, toiletries etc (need to stock extra paper towels though). Would def stay here again and highly recommend!!

Cancelled our reservation due to price "audit" We booked a vacation home for our very large family with AvantStay. We found the home on Airbnb & Verb, but booked directly from the AvantStay website to save some of the fees. We thought we had found a good deal on a nice house, but nothing ridiculously cheap. The very next morning I get an email stating our reservation had been cancelled due to an "audit" that caught a pricing discrepancy. The price per night almost doubled and became too expensive for our family. We had been looking for a suitable house for a suitable price with the ONE WEEK that everyone in our family was available this summer for over a month. The representative I talked to on the phone was very nice, but said the best way to communicate with the company was to reply to the email I was sent. That representative, "Cindy," basically said sorry there was nothing she could do. I feel like I was unethically dealt with. On principle, they should have honored the price they originally published and eat their own mistake.

The most horrible experience on Airbnb The most horrible experience on Airbnb. Host was rude random people came Into the house with no warning. They did not offer any help when. Problems and issues we had with property. Pots and pans were severely scratched, jacuzzi in master bedroom did not work. Hot tub would randomly shut off sometimes minutes and sometimes hours. The control was all the way across the yard in the house. I will NEVER stay at any Avantstay property EVER !!! The trip was for my wedding and the only issues and drama we had was because of the property manager.

Very dishonest company Very dishonest company. Made a reservation with Avant Stay 12/27/23 for a Ski vacation in Park City 12/21/24-12/29/24. Paid a 6000 deposit. 4 months later they cancelled and said the property was no longer available on our dates. Went on line to check and found that it was available but they raised the price by 10,000 dollars.

Wonderful stay at the Webster in Park… Wonderful stay at the Webster in Park City! The home is beautiful, well appointed, and great location that is walkable to Main St. The AvantStay team was superb in terms of promptness and customer service. Highly recommend!
