Not a Bad Stay First off, Starmark helped us out when our VRBO home was taken off the rental program 4 weeks before our trip. They found us a house comparable to the size we oringinally rented and worked out an extra night for us. The house however had a couple issues, like roaches, not enough cookware and utensils, and the games in the garage were in need of some attention. Overall not a bad stay but compared to our last rental in Orlando, it could have been better.

During Hurricane Irma,Starmark rentals … During Hurricane Irma,Starmark rentals gave us shelter. Seniors like us are not always treated with such care and kindness. Thank you dear Stephanie. You are the greatest. Everything was super from check-in to out. Thanx also to Dion. Starmark is my "forever" vacation destination. Good prices, nice properties and excellent locations. No necessities like dishwashing detergent or trash bags We didn't realize that you needed to pre-arrange for pool heat so we lost 2 days waiting for it to be turned on and then heat up. Then when we were ready to finally use it it had been turned off. So we really didn't get to enjoy the pool. There were no trash bags, laundry detergent or dishwashing detergent. So keeping the house clean and getting it ready for move-out turned out to be difficult. There were 3 occasions where I called the management number. It was only answered once. The other 2 times it was not answered and I never received a call back.

Our family enjoyed staying in the home… Our family enjoyed staying in the home it was beautiful,the kids and grandkids loved the themed bedrooms,and the pool and spa. I loved the safety precautions taken around the pool,wish we had of had the spa heated. The house had everything that we needed and we would gladly stay again.will use star mark again. Thank you!!

Vacation home in need of cleaning and repair! The home we stayed at Westside at Windsor was extremely dirty. The floors were filthy, the carpets were disgusting, the furniture was stained and dirty, and there was garbage left on the ground outside by the garbage. The home needs a deep cleaning and some new furniture. The smoke detectors went off continuously throughout our stay. We contacted the management company, however after one attempt to fix, they never returned when we were woke up in the middle of the night again. We ended up taking the smoke detectors down which is a extreme safety hazard and quite scary. We would never stay in a home provided by Starmark Vacation Homes again.
