Stay Away...Go Elsewhere Our family rented a house for one week from Treasure Reality. The house was left unclean and furniture broken. Treasure reality was unresponsive to concerns until our trip had concluded, and even then providing horrible customer service. Provided the many options out there and current COVID concerns, I would strongly suggest you opt for another provider or will likely be thoroughly disappointed.

We had three issues with the rental… We had three issues with the rental property.....went to the office in Surf City and talked directly to a rep about them and was assured they would be taken care of immediately. 2 days later it took a second contact Treasure Realty to get the issues looked at. The first "face to face" was never put into the system by the rep. Other than not having anything "fixed" while we were there for the remainder of our rental period, we did have a great time not only on the property but at the beach and surrounding area as well.

Could it really been ten years ? We've been renting from Treasure for roughly ten years as I recall. In that time we've never had a problem with the staff or the properties. But when the air conditioner malfunctioned this last time, they responded within hours with several portable units that cooled the house VERY well until the HVAC tech came out with a final fix. Impressive response time, impressive technology. Treasure is a SUPER company with a great staff. Polite and friendly too, BTW.

The associates at Treasure Realty were… The associates at Treasure Realty were communicative and clear. The check-in packet was wonderful, and they took the time to explain it all. I just loved the condo, as did my entire family. It was clean and just as described online. I'll be returning to rent another condo next summer. Great job! :)

Treasure Realty made our Spring Break… Treasure Realty made our Spring Break vacation a seamless experience. We've been to Topsail many times over the years, and this rental was our best yet. Everything was exactly as described and pictured online, and the Treasure team was great to work with, as always -- very friendly and responsive to our both pre-travel questions and on-site needs. We'll be back!
