Rental Villas and Nicole were the best! Helpful and thoughtful in their travel comments and suggestions. Our Italian Villa dream vacation was everything we expected and more! We celebrated 30 yrs of wedded bliss and a 50th BDay to boot!! Fun and romance all packed into a week at an enchanting home- Villa Nocchi. It was the perfect home base to explore Northern Tuscany and the wonderful Cinque Terre. We are already planning our next visit to another part of Italy. We will definitely contact Rent Villas and Nicole for our next adventure to maybe Venice, Lake Como, etc. Ciao!

Our stay at Villa Dora was exceptional Our stay at Villa Dora was exceptional! The main floor had enough space, so the 10 of us weren't walking over each other, and each room had their own bathroom and huge sitting room! Our caretaker provided groceries for us on the first day, and the local grocery store and San Gimignano were just a few miles away. Super private location so we could make as much noise as we wanted! I HIGHLY recommend this villa for anyone staying in this area - you won't be disappointed!

We rented a villa on Amalfi Coast We rented a villa on Amalfi Coast, Italy for two weeks. The day before our departure (group of 29) we received an email from RentVillas.com, and a series of total lies began (rentvillas said the owners of the villa would lock us out and we would not get possession of the villa if we didn’t work with them to help remedy a situation that had developed (through no fault of ours). A series of conversations with rentvilllas and our credit card company ensued, and we had to jump through hoops to gain access, even going through the credit card company that we had used for the deposit. We became good friends with the owner (whose daughter was the property manager,) and she told us they had not been contacted from anyone with rentvillas! When we returned home, we found that they had finagled our credit card company to “chargeback” our deposit of over $14,000, then our credit card company wouldn’t reverse the charge because it was over the time limit for us to file for a refund! Rentvillas.com totally cheated us out of that hard-earned money ! They are total crooks, even lying about the Italian middle man saying the owners of the villa would not allow us access to the property even though we had paid for the two weeks in full! Whatever you do, don’t do business with this company!!! They are unscrupulous crooks who are cheating their customers out of tons of money. We tried fighting this as hard as we could but our credit card company would not help us so we had to “eat” the $14,000.

This was our first trip to France and we could not have done it (perfectly) without Rentvillas This was our first trip to France and RentVillas went above and beyond to ensure a fabulous vacation. I asked questions outside of our rental and Krista put me in touch with tour groups and others to complete our experience in France. Their web-site and "suitcase" enabled me to see, confirm and print any and all documents regarding payments, timing, house details, etc. Kudos to Rentvillas. We will definitely use them again!

Refused to refund 25 percent of our… Refused to refund 25 percent of our deposit on trip to Italy after the airlines stopped flying there and the country closed down due to the coronavirus pandemic. Received full refunds from everyone else except RentVillas! They were recommended by Ric Steves ......very disappointing!! Dr Tom B
