Excellent company to deal with Excellent company to deal with, very transparent, with very friendly, knowledgeable people available at all times to help with setup and queries. Solved some unusual contract requirements without any issue and have very quick response times. Portal is a pleasure to use compared to some other companies. Would highly recommend them. Special mention to Angie and Kayleigh who made the entire process a pleasure. Looking forward to staying with Contractor Umbrella for the long term.

Awful, Contractor Umbrella got just about everything wrong Was only with Contractor Umbrella for just over 1 month as they were so poor. They messed up their own onboarding process which I then had to chase them to complete, they didn't understand the invoicing process so got that incorrect and they messed up the tax process so my salary was wrong. Employee portal was very simplistic and looked cheap.

Friendly, efficient and responsive Very friendly, practical, no-nonsense advice when I first contacted them. As another reviewer said, the tone and content of that conversation (without the hard-sell) meant I chose them over others. Since then the onboarding and support has been excellent. I had a few issues with their portal but the onboarding team has always been very quick to respond to issues and queries. They lost one star as there is obviously an issue setting up new users on their portal - it's fine once you're up and running.

I've been with them since 2006... I've been with them since 2006 and have only stopped using them as I'm retiring. During this time I changed contract on several occasions which they handled well. If there ever were issues over timely payments, it was always the fault of the company paying funds into Contractor Umbrella, and C.U. always resolved things promptly. I have no issues recommending this friendly, communicative and helpful team.

Speedy, Helpful, Friendly I've been working with CU for the last 18 months and in that time I've been impressed with the level of service they've provided to me as a contractor. Responses to queries have come back within a matter of hours, sometimes much faster, they've been helpful and friendly. Systems and processes work without failure and my documents are clear and always available. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend CU to contractors looking for an umbrella company.
