Highly recommend 5 Star Alliance for travel Fantastic service so easy to navigate website .I have used 5 star numerous times and they have always been superb . Deals and offers are wonderful ie free nights breakfasts etc

Do not trust Five Star Alliance My requests were not forwarded to the hotel although I made the booking 1 1/2 months before check-in. An important occasion for me due to 25th anniversary. We arrived 2 days before New Year’s Eve and the hotel were completely fully booked. We arrived late in the evening and we needed 3 1/2 hours to find another adequate place to stay. Customers service doesn’t answer any mails or phone calls. I very much regret not having booked through another provider. Absolutely unacceptable the way this company deals with customers.

The reservationPleasant experience was… The reservation experience was friendly, courteous, and efficient. All questions were answered. When I called back later with additional questions I had the same experience,friendly, courteous, and efficient. Not trying to sell me something.
