CHDo not trust Five Star Alliance My requests were not forwarded to the hotel although I made the booking 1 1/2 months before check-in. An important occasion for me due to 25th anniversary. We arrived 2 days before New Year’s Eve and the hotel were completely fully booked. We arrived late in the evening and we needed 3 1/2 hours to find another adequate place to stay. Customers service doesn’t answer any mails or phone calls. I very much regret not having booked through another provider. Absolutely unacceptable the way this company deals with customers.

GBFive Star Service… I have been using Five Star Alliance for many years and have found them the best resource for luxury hotels anywhere in the world. They also include perks like breakfast and spa credits which can be quite pricey if not included.
