Not willing to compete fairly I have used this company several times. When I tried to get a quote from them this time this is the message I got: “Let me know what they offered you so I can give you my advice if we can even help you out. I'm not going to compete against Skylux or other agents.” They wouldn’t even quote me a price since I said I was going to get bids from two companies. I feel it’s cheating to ask what my other bid was. It’s a shame they are not willing to compete honestly

Shelly to the Rescue Shelly was a paragon of patience and information. For three years we have been waiting to proceed with a reservation initially delayed thanks to the onset of Covid. Finally we reached a point where we thought it was safe to renew our attempts to fly "multi-city" to Europe.
