GBInvoice I have called twice requesting an email to confirm, we paid 1200 hundred for down payment and am asking for invoice but still have not received it. The first person I went thru did not know about a discount that I received on an email even gave her a code. She said she would call me back but never did. She did give me an email to hold trip. The first person told me a different amount to put down than a second person. I am going to call again today to see if I can get invoice

GBMy first call was dropped half way… My first call was dropped half way through providing my information. I called back and got a different agent so I had to start all over again. The second agent did not provide much information or insight into the trip itinerary. Other than that, he was adequate.

GBI was impressed that the agent asked… I was impressed that the agent asked all of the questions that would be addressed in the terms and conditions as well as the pros and cons of various options. For example he asked about food allergies and explained the difference between Gold and Silver train amenities.
