GBNot goof Even though it shows rooms available on your website your agent has come back to us 3 times many days later to tell us we couldn’t go on those dates because a room wasn’t available. We are still waiting for a confirmation 3 days after the last attempt! Not good service! The website should be modified to be immediately updatable.

GBInvoice I have called twice requesting an email to confirm, we paid 1200 hundred for down payment and am asking for invoice but still have not received it. The first person I went thru did not know about a discount that I received on an email even gave her a code. She said she would call me back but never did. She did give me an email to hold trip. The first person told me a different amount to put down than a second person. I am going to call again today to see if I can get invoice
