Excellent customer service We had a change of plans and customer service did an excellent job of helping us. The attention to every detail and follow up was timely. Answered any questions and gave us positive feedback. Customer service representative Efi went above and beyond making sure we were satisfied.

Not goof Even though it shows rooms available on your website your agent has come back to us 3 times many days later to tell us we couldn’t go on those dates because a room wasn’t available. We are still waiting for a confirmation 3 days after the last attempt! Not good service! The website should be modified to be immediately updatable.

Invoice I have called twice requesting an email to confirm, we paid 1200 hundred for down payment and am asking for invoice but still have not received it. The first person I went thru did not know about a discount that I received on an email even gave her a code. She said she would call me back but never did. She did give me an email to hold trip. The first person told me a different amount to put down than a second person. I am going to call again today to see if I can get invoice
