Good Deals You can find pretty good deals, the main issue i have is the web page, it´s a bit buggy. they also send a lot of emails reminding you of your reservation and offering their concierge support (which is actually pretty good)

good hotel, but need some improvements the hotel is good, staff are excellent and helpful always in a quite area good location good parking area ( sometimes its full) room: first we face issues with door card key,the room with no AC just fan, higher windows with no access to open for freash air, and no curtains. shower size for 1/2 person sooo tiny. breakfast should be more better and more options and variety,

Seamless Support Had a great support experience with Omar! Due to an issue, we were unable to make the trip to Amsterdam and had to cancel our hotel. The website had a bug and wasn't letting us cancel. Got a prompt response on chat from Omar who made it easy.

I had difficulty trying to locate an… I had difficulty trying to locate an email address of a hotel I am going to stay at in Spain, as I wanted to request an earlier check-in time.
