ZAI had difficulty trying to locate an… I had difficulty trying to locate an email address of a hotel I am going to stay at in Spain, as I wanted to request an earlier check-in time. MAOutstanding There was a problem with the hotel's server. The team was very reactive, wether by email or Whatsapp. Problem solved in few seconds. As a frequent traveller this is the kind of attention, we usually get when we are platinum or at least gold. The complimentary concierge assistance was remarkable! Booking.com is way behind... @hotel is like the new boutique booking :)

GBFantastic Customer Service Experience The hotel I originally booked with cancelled my reservation so I had to contact @Hotel for help. I was met with wonderful representatives who were able to resolve my issue quickly and efficiently. KWgood hotel, but need some improvements the hotel is good, staff are excellent and helpful always in a quite area good location good parking area ( sometimes its full) room: first we face issues with door card key,the room with no AC just fan, higher windows with no access to open for freash air, and no curtains. shower size for 1/2 person sooo tiny. breakfast should be more better and more options and variety,
