She was able to check layover times between our flights to assure that it was a reasonable amount of time for us to get to our 2nd gate. GBJosh was excellent but the first agent… Josh was excellent but the first agent I talked to lied about the fare charge. I had to look at my bank statement to see that what she said was incorrect. If I had not been vigilant I would have lost over $200 and living on my social security check it would have been difficult. Thank you.

GBThis is a scam This is a scam, they will tell you there is an unpaid balance and take your money even when the tickets are already paid for. They say they work for Frontier but go through the Frontier app not this company they are frauds.
